will send them an e-mail on your behalf that thanks them for taking
the free tour. They will then receive 13 more letters over a 4-month
period that stresses the importance of upgrading to $100BV Member.
When they upgrade, ConcordeBuddy.com will seamlessly move them
from the "Pre-Enrollee" group into the "Associates"
group within the system. At this time, they will automatically
be sent the first of several letters that introduce them to our
business. As your new Associates advance to other leadership positions
such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, etc., you can move them
into further groups that keep the focus on their position within
the pay plan and makes recommendations on how they can advance
to the next position. These letters are 100% customizable by you
and can be sent at any delay.
Each group
contains multiple Pre-Written Letters.
These letters are editable to fit your specific campaign needs.
All letters utilize Merge Codes to easily allow changes to important
data such as your e-mail address, URL's, and contact numbers.
When you change the group's merge codes, your information is automatically
updated in all letters within that group!
You can make
and save notes for each of your contacts! Maybe you're
on the phone with a new Associate in your group and they tell
you their "why" for venturing into this business. You
could then make note of this person's "why" on their
record. Then, every time you are working with this individual,
you can collect relationship building info from them and save
it for future reference. Since this software is web-based, your
notes are available from any Internet-enabled system! Whether
you're vacationing in Aruba or on a flight to Europe, you can
manage this system on-the-go!
Example:
Let's say that you receive an e-mail notification of a new Pre-Enrollee
named "Joe." The ConcordeBuddy.com system will automatically
add Joe to the "Pre-Enrollees" group within your account.
Joe would then begin receiving e-mails prompting him to upgrade
to "Member" status. The e-mails Joe receives as a Pre-Enrollee
will explain to him how the business works and then walk him through
the upgrade process. Every e-mail that Joe is sent will contain
a clickable upgrade link that is unique to Joe's position! Joe
will continue receiving upgrade-related e-mails until he: (1)
Opts-out of the system, or (2) He upgrades to Member and is seamlessly
moved into the "Associates" group.
